Will you help me develop the skills I need?
Yes, we start the training process by pairing you with a mentor who will lead you through five (usually 😀) skill-building modules. Each ministry also holds extra training sessions for all their leaders throughout the year.
What if it’s not a good fit?
Throughout the training process, we’ll ask you to pray and consider whether this is a good fit for you. You’ll have opportunities throughout to pivot into a different role.
How long is the commitment?
We hope you’ll continue to grow as a leader as long as you’re with Branch Life.
But, we typically ask our leaders to think about their commitment a year at a time.
